When you can't reach your primary care physician or when it's after your doctor's normal hours of operation call Prime Liberty Benefits’ TelaDoc service, a national network of primary care physicians who specialize in telephone medical consults. 

Prime Liberty members can talk to a physician quickly - usually within 30-40 minutes, but always within 3 hours of their incoming call. The doctor diagnoses the problem and if appropriate, writes a prescription that is delivered to the member's pharmacy of choice. TelaDoc is available for all members and their dependants age 12 or older, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
