Is this health insurance?
No, Prime Liberty Benefits™ is NOT health insurance.  We offer our member’s savings on all their healthcare needs.  Since we are not insurance, you are responsible for all healthcare fees incurred and you must make the payments at the time of service.

How much will I save?
There are several factors that can determine how much you will save.  These factors include, but are not limited to, the procedure you require, the state you reside in, and the health provider you have selected. As a Prime Liberty member, you can expect to save between 10-60% instantly on any visit to any health provider in the Prime Liberty Benefits network.

How do I receive my discounts?
You must choose a health provider in one of the Prime Liberty Benefits affiliated provider networks. When you appear for your appointment, simply present your Prime Liberty Benefits membership card and you will receive your discount instantly when you pay for your services.  There is no paperwork to fill out.

Is there a deductible?
No. Unlike health insurance, there are no deductibles.  You receive the discounted rate and pay the provider directly at the time of service.

Are there any Age or Health restrictions?
No. Prime Liberty Benefits is not health insurance everyone is accepted regardless of age or health conditions.

Is there a waiting period before I can use my healthcare discount card?
No. You can start saving as soon as you receive your Prime Liberty Benefits membership package. However, the Accident Insurance portion of this program does have a 30 day waiting period which begins the day you sign up.

Can my family members use my Prime Liberty Benefits membership?
Yes. With the PRIME LIBERTY BENEFITS PLUS Family Plan, any member in your household, considered a dependent or spouse under IRS guidelines can use your Prime Liberty Benefits membership.

Do I pay the provider at time of service?
Yes.  Unless you have made other arrangements with your healthcare provider, all payments are due at time of service.

Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any time and for any reason, there are no long term contracts or obligations. Simply contact Member Services and your membership will be terminated immediately.

Is there co-pay when I visit a provider?
No. Prime Liberty Benefits is not health insurance so you only pay the discounted rate for the provider services, at the time of service.

How do I obtain a list of providers that are in the network?
Prime Liberty Benefits members receive a list of local providers in each of its affiliated networks in their membership package. Additional providers can be found by calling the affiliated network at the toll-free number in the member package. Or CLICK HERE.

Can I use the program throughout the country?
Yes. You can use your Prime Liberty Benefits program anywhere in the United States. However, the hospital benefit is not available in Maryland and Vermont.

Will I receive a statement outlining my savings?
No.  Since Prime Liberty Benefits is not health insurance, there will be no paperwork to fill out, so there will be no record of services or savings provided.

How do I know I have received my discount?
Prime Liberty Benefits only contracts with the most reputable and credible Provider Networks in the country. The discounts are pre negotiated by the Provider Network not the Provider and the rates cannot be changed or altered by the provider.

What happens if the network provider does not know about the Prime Liberty Benefits healthcare discount program?
You will still get your discount, even if the provider is not familiar with Prime Liberty Benefits. Since we use third party networks (such as PHCS - Private Healthcare Systems nationwide medical network) even if a particular network provider does not know the Prime Liberty Benefits  name, they are still obligated to give members the agreed upon discounts negotiated by the provider network.

What is your cancellation policy?
